Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Free to Use

All tools on DenialStop are free to use for any lawful purpose. No subscription, payment, or account registration is required. DenialStop reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

No Warranty

DenialStop tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results will be accurate, complete, or current. Use of any tool is at your sole risk.

Medical Billing Disclaimer

DenialStop is a reference tool for medical coders and billing professionals. It is not a payer adjudication engine and does not guarantee coverage, payment, or compliance with any payer's specific policies.

Results from DenialStop tools reflect CMS-published data and general billing guidance. Payers may apply their own local coverage determinations (LCDs), national coverage determinations (NCDs), or proprietary policies that differ from CMS published rules. Final billing and coding decisions must be made by qualified professionals applying applicable regulations and payer-specific requirements.

Data Accuracy

Reference data (NCCI PTP edits, MUE limits, Medicare Physician Fee Schedule) is sourced from CMS quarterly publications and updated on a best-effort basis. There may be a lag between CMS releasing an update and that update being reflected on DenialStop. Always verify against the most current CMS release for compliance-critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DenialStop and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to denied claims, underpayments, overpayments, audit findings, or billing errors — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of DenialStop shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
