DenialStop

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

No Personal Data Collected

DenialStop does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. We do not require account creation, do not collect names or email addresses, and do not use cookies to track individual users across sessions or sites.

Code Lookups Run In Your Browser

All coding tools — NCCI checker, MUE lookup, claim scrubber, modifier advisor, denial risk calculator, and fee schedule lookup — execute entirely within your browser using a local copy of CMS reference data.

CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, procedure codes, and any other inputs you enter into these tools are not sent to DenialStop servers. No protected health information (PHI) is transmitted or stored.

No Cookies or Local Storage of Patient Data

DenialStop does not set tracking cookies. We do not store patient identifiers, claim data, or coding inputs in browser local storage or session storage. Any data you enter into a tool exists only for the duration of your current browser session and is discarded when you navigate away or close the tab.

Third-Party Services

DenialStop uses Google Fonts to serve the Geist typeface. A font request is made to Google's servers when you first load a page. Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are in use on this site.

Server Logs

Like any web server, ours retains standard access logs (IP address, page URL, timestamp, browser type). These logs are used solely for security monitoring and service diagnostics. They are not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
